摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱胸腰结核前路病灶清除、椎体间植骨融合同期前路内固定的治疗效果。方法对46例胸腰椎结核患者行前路病灶清除、椎体间植骨融合同期前路内固定治疗。结果46例脊柱结核患者均获治愈,平均随访11个月,植骨全部骨性融合,融合时间平均3．7月,后突矫正角度20度。治疗优良率达95．5％。结论胸腰椎结核前路病灶清除椎体间植骨融合同期前路内固定是安全和有效的,并在重建脊柱稳定性中具有重要的意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of radical focal debridement combined with intervertebral body fusion with internal fixation of anterior instrumentation in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis. Methods 46 patients with thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis were treated by radical focal debridement and intervertebral body fusion with internal fixation of anterior instrumentation. The vertebral bodies were fused with iliac or artificial bone with internal fixation of anterior instrumentation .Results All the 46 patients were cured,who were followed up for average 11 months. The grafted bone was fused completely with fusion term of average 3.7 months.20 degree of kyphosis correction achieved after surgery and the cure rate was 95.5 %. Conclusion The radical focal debridement combined with intervertebral body fusion with internal fixation of anterior instrumentation is safe and effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis, which has important significance in reconstruction of spinal stability.
