摘　　要：本文构造了港口物流发展的系统模型和综合评价指标体系,应用该指标体系,对我国上海、广州、天津、深圳等八个港口的物流发展水平进行了实证分析,给出针对性的对策建议。This paper constructs a systemic model and integrats evaluation index system on port logistics deveplopment, and then has a demonstration analysis about logistics deveplopment level of shanghai, guangzhou , tianjin, shenzhen and rest 4 ports in china based on the model.
