摘　　要：基于电力机车能耗以及如何降低能耗问题,本文介绍了一种用于电能测量的专用芯片SA9904B,和采用该芯片实现了电力机车单相有功无功智能电度表,并给出了软件框图和实现原理。Based on electric locomotive power consumption reducing problem, a special chip named SA9904B for measuring power energy is presented in this paper. By adopting this chip, an intelligent power meter with single phase active power and reactive power is made. Both software flow chart and theory are provided.
