摘 要:通过对目前中国南方红土的不同测年方法和测年结果的详细对比和总结,得出南方第四纪红土不同层次的年代序列.上覆黄土沉积时间小于100kaBP;均质红土介于100~400kaBP;网纹红土400~80kaBP;下伏砾石层年龄大于800 ka BP.The quaternary red earth in southern China is widely distributed. It spreads almost south of the Yangtze River and east of the Qinghai-Xizang plateau in China. Changhongdadao profile in Jiangxi Province and Xuancheng profile in Anhui Province are the typical and famous ones for the dating research of the red earth. Because of the particularity of the red earth, some ways of dating cannot be used in the quaternary red earth research. So at present the ways of quaternary red earth dating in south China are mostly those of ESR,TL/OL and Paleomagnetism. Many scholars have studied the above-mentioned profiles and got many data. The results of the dating research on those profiles are studied in details. A list of the ages of those from the brown-yellow layer to the gravel layer is made. It is shown that the age of brown-yellow layer is less then 100 ka BP, the isotropic red earth layer is 100 - 400 ka BP, the worm-like red earth layer is 400 -800 ka BP, and the gravel layer is more then 800 ka BP. Each layer had about 400 ka deposit time.
