摘　　要：对定位板零件的冲压工艺进行了分析,改用冲孔—整孔—落料连续冲压工艺,可明显提高工件质量及生产率。简述了定位板冲模的排样图、冲压力及压力中心等工艺计算,设计了冲孔—整孔—落料级进模。With the analysis of punching technology of locating plate, punching hole-mending hole-blanking continuous punching technology can improve part quality and production efficiency greatly. The layout of locating plate punching die and punching force and pressure center are briefed. The punching hole-mending hole-blanking progressive die.
