摘　　要：以16V280精锻柴油机连杆为例,通过对该零件的具体分析与计算,阐述了此类工字型、高质量锻件模具设计及成形工艺的依据。该工艺已在实际生产过程中得到验证,取得了良好的使用效果。This paper takes 16V280 connecting rod of diesel engine as an example and presents the reference of die design and forming technology of the kind of I-shaped and high-quality forged parts by the detailed calculation and analysis of the part. The technology is proved in production and gets good performance.
