摘　　要：针对江苏华能南京电厂320MW超临界燃煤发电机组在协调工况运行时数次发生突然快速甩负荷的问题,介绍了事件发生的经过。根据分散控制系统(DCS)事后打印记录以及运行人员对事故的处理和检查,分析了事故的原因,并提出了防范的处理措施,解决了机组突然甩负荷的问题。The accident of fast load down has happened several times all of a sudden when the 320 MW supercritical pressure coal fired generation unit of Jiangsu Huaneng Nanjing Power Plant runs properly in coordination condition.The process of the accident is introduced. After the accident,based on the printing record of DCS system and the process of operation workers＇ dealing with the accident and the examination of the equipment, the cause of accident is analyzed and the corresponding solutions are provided. The accident of sudden load drop has solved.
