摘　　要：用元素分析,13C NMR,IR,以及正负离子质谱对乙酰胺基阿维菌素(EPR)工业品的主要成分进行了确证。用HPLC-ESI MS对EPR工业品的组成成分进行了分离,并根据其准分子离子和特征紫外光谱鉴定了它的5个组分,其主要成分是EPR_B1a。The main component of commercial eprinomectin was determined by elemental analysis, ^13C NMR, IR, positive and negative ion MS. A high-performance chromatography - electrospray ionization mass spectrometry method was developed for the separation and identification of the commercial eprinomectin. Based on the quasi-molecular ion and characteristic UV spectra, five fled. Its main component is eprinomectin B1a.
