摘  要:探讨了带双弹簧喷油器燃油系统的喷射特性。通过HYDSIM液力模拟计算,对带单弹簧和双弹簧两种喷油系统的喷油提前角、喷油持续时间、平均喷射压力和喷油速率等进行了对比分析。双弹簧喷油器能实现先缓后急的燃油喷射,获得?型的理想喷油规律。针对两个实际喷油系统中出现二次喷射,提出了消除二次喷射的改进方案。In this paper, the injection characteristics of the fuel injection system with two-spring injector were discussed. Based on HYDSIM software, the comparisons on injection timing, on injection duration, on mean injection pressure and on injection rate of the two fuel injection systems with single/two-spring injectors were conducted. The study showed that two-spring injector could realize the ‘ideal' type fuel injection rate. Meanwhile, an improved measure was provided for eliminating the secondary injection of the fuel injection system with single-and two-spring injectors.
