摘 要:以LiOH.H2O和Mn(CH3COO)2.2H2O为原料,用微波烧结和固相烧结相结合合成了尖晶石型Li4Mn5O12正极材料.XRD分析、DTA分析、循环伏安和充放电实验表明,先用300W的微波烧结30min,然后再用380℃后处理48 h可获得具有纯Li4Mn5O12物相的样品.该样品的初始放电容量为176mAh/g,40循环的放电容量为123 mAh/g.Using LiOH·H2O和Mn(CH3COO)2·2H2O as raw materials, the positive material Li4MnsO12 were prepared through the combined methods of microwave sintering and solid-state sintering. The tests of XRD,DTA,cyclic voltammograms and charge-discharge cycle were employed to study how the temperature of post treatment affects the electrochemical performance of the as-prepared samples. It was found that the sample with pure Li4 Mn3O12 phase, which prepared by sintering in the microwave power of 300W for 30min and solid-state sintering for 48h at 380℃ ,exhibited of 123mAh/g at the 40th cycle. a capacity of 176mAh/g at the 1st cycle and a capacityof 123mAh/g at the 40th cycle.
