摘　　要：从生物信息学在基因分析和基因鉴定方面,结合生物信息学的应用实例和作物抗性研究的特点,对其在作物抗性研究中的应用进行了综述和展望.By associating with the application examples of bioinformaties and the characteristics of crop resistance research, this article offered a summary and outlook of the gene identification and gene analysis for the application of bioinfonnatics in the domain of crop resistance research.
