摘　　要：介绍了基于TMS320LF2407ADSP的无位置传感器无刷直流电动机控制系统,并探讨了无位置传感器的解决方案,电动机换相信号的输出,电动机转速的测量,以及数字PWM调速信号的输出,电流的采集处理等。并通过软件编程实现速度的PID调节,构成电动机转速闭环控制系统。详细阐述了控制电路、保护电路的组成与原理,并给出了硬件连接电路示意图及其软件设计。该系统的特点就是结构简单,实现了全数字式控制,在运行中获得了良好的动静态性能。This paper introduces the control system of sensor less BLDCM based on TMS320LF2407A DSP,and a solution of its sensor less speed control is also be described,the output of change -phase signals,the measurement of speed of the motor,output of the digital PWM and A/D conversion of the motor＇s current are completed by TMS320LF2407A. The software realizes the speed PID modulation. The PID realizes the close-loop control of the speed. The composition and the principle of control and protection circuit are described in detail. It also gives the diagram of hardware connection circuit and the software design. The main properties of the control system are： simple structure ,digital control ,good dynamic and static properties.
