摘 要:传统的企业资源计划系统物料需求计划逻辑没有优化机制,对此,提出了一种基于企业内部供应链结构的、能够实现企业资源优化配置的新型企业资源计划系统。供应链单元是构建该系统的关键要素,讨论了供应链单元的定义及内部物料清单和工艺路线的镶嵌结构。一个基于供应链单元的、由数据和图形驱动的通用企业资源优化模型是新系统的核心模块。模型覆盖了企业内部供应链的主要部分,并完成企业资源优化配置功能。新系统采用分布式控制结构,既能支持供应链单元实行自主管理的实践,又能保证系统可扩充和可调整的巨大灵活性。There is no optimization mechanism in the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process of the traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In order to solve this problem, a new enterprise resource Planning system was proposed, which was based on a supply chain structure and was capable of optimizing the enterprise resources. Supply Chain Unit (SCU) was the key element for construction of the new system. The definition of SCU, the nested Bill of Material( BOM )and routing structure of SCU were discussed. A general enterprise resource optimization model based on SCU was a core module of the system. The model construction was driven by data and graphic presentation of the system. The model included major parts of the enterprise supply chain to fulfill the optimized resource allocation. The new system adopted a distributed control structure, which was capable of supporting the autonomous management practice in each SCU and guaranteeing greater flexibility to the expansion and adaptation of the new system.
