摘 要:为有效保证在企业信息集成过程中物料清单视图之间数据的完整性、正确性和一致性,提出了一种基于特征辨识的物料清单转换方法。通过引入工艺物料清单以及定义“继承部件”、“虚设部件”、“中间部件”、“外协部件”和“外购部件”的含义及其相关映射函数,建立了物料清单转换的映射模型,设计了对应不同部件类型的物料清单转换规则,给出了设计物料清单向制造物料清单转换的算法,并针对企业出现的工程更改问题,给出了物料清单转换对工程更改的处理规则,实现了从设计物料清单到制造物料清单的自动转换。最后,通过实际应用,验证了该转换技术的有效性和可行性。To keep the data among Bill of Materials (BOM) views integrate, accurate and consistent, a method of BOM transformation based on feature identification was developed. By introducing Process Planning BOM (PPBOM) and defining the terms such as Successive Parts, Virtual Parts, Middle Parts, Collaborative Parts, Purchased Parts and their relevant mapping functions, a mapping model of BOM transformation was set up and rules for BOM transformation were stipulated according to the parts classification. Then, an algorithm for transforming Engineering BOM (EBOM) into Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) was proposed. Furthermore, to solve the engineering change problems, other rules of BOM transformation were also stipulated. Thus, the automatic transformation from EBOM into MBOM could be realized. Finally, the application of this transformation method in a Chinese enterprise indicated its effectiveness and feasibility.
