摘 要:目的研究小腿前室压力与横切面积的相关性,探讨超声在小腿骨筋膜室综合征(OCS)中的诊断价值。方法超声测量35例高度怀疑OCS患者的小腿前室横切面积并计算横切面积扩大率,针刺法测量小腿前室压力,将小腿前室压力与横切面积及其扩大率进行相关性分析。结果小腿前室横切面积随着压力的升高而扩大,横切面积扩大率与前室压力呈直线相关(r=0.607,P<0.001),以前室横切面积扩大率为自变量,前室压力为因变量的直线回归公式为Y=0.906X+39.139(r2=0.368,P<0.001)。结论小腿前室横切面积扩大率与前室压力存在良好的相关性,是判定小腿OCS临床分期的一项值得重视的指标。Objective To study the correlation between pressure and cross section areas of the anterior crural compartment in osteofascial compartment syndrome (OCS) and discuss the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of OCS. Methods A total of 35 cases with highly suspected OCS were examined with ultrasonography, which was compared with the pressure of anterior crural compartment. Results The cross section areas of anterior crural compartment broadened with the increased pressure, the relationship between dilatation rate of cross section areas and pressure of anterior crural compartment was linear (r=0.607, P〈0.001), the regression equation wasY=0.906X +39. 139 (r^2=0.368,P〈0.001). Conclusion The dilatation rate of cross section areas of anterior crural compartment is an important indicator in assessing the stage of OCS.
