复方甘草甜素(美能)联合思美泰治疗戊型重症肝炎

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草甜素联合思美泰治疗戊型重症肝炎的疗效。方法:67例戊型重症肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:有效率治疗组为93.00%,对照组为70.83%(P<0.05);治疗组经治疗后,肝功能明显改善(P<0.05),且改善幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);早期应用复方甘草甜素及思美泰可提高有效率。结论:复方甘草甜素联合思美泰治疗重症肝炎效果显著。Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of co - glycyrrhizin combined with transmetil on hepatitis E. Methods： 67 patients with hepatitis E were divided into the test group and the control group, and the clinical effects were observed by recording the effective rate of treatment. Results： 93.0% and 70.8% effective rate was in the test group and the control group respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the liver function was significantly improved after treatment with co - glycyrrhizin combined with transmetil compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： There is significant therapeutic effect of co - glycyrrhizin combined with transmetil on server E hepatitis.
