摘  要:从油污土壤中筛选出一株脱硫菌YZ-1,该菌能将二苯并噻吩(DBT)代谢生成二羟基联苯(2- HBP),经生理生化鉴定为红球菌属(Rhodococus sp.)。对DBT培养代谢产物进行了分析。Gibb’s试剂显色反应表明,代谢产物中有2-HBP存在。气相色谱-质谱联用分析结果表明,DBT代谢产物中同时存在2-HBP和二苯并噻吩砜(DBTO2)。氯化钡测试表明,DBT中的硫元素被转化为硫酸盐。代谢产物综合分析表明,该菌株的代谢途径为微生物脱硫的“4S”途径。YZ-1菌株培养73 h,对初始浓度为0.5,1.0 mmol/L的DBT脱硫率分别为87.4%, 64.7%。YZ-1菌株在油水体积比为1:6时,活细胞培养120 h对柴油的脱硫率为26.68%。该菌株能够用于高硫柴油的深度脱硫研究。A desulfurizing strain YZ- 1 was isolated from soil contaminated by oil. This strain has the ability to convert dibenzothiophene (DBT) into 2 - hydroxybyphenyl (2 - HBP). It was identified as Rhodococcus sp. by physiological and biochemical test. Then DBT degradation metabolite by the growth cell of YZ- 1 was examined. Gibb's reaction analysis indicates that 2 -HBP exists in the metabolite. GC - MS analysis indicates that 2 - HBP and dibenzothiophene sulfone (DBTO2) simultaneously exist in the metabolite. Barium chloride test result demonstrates that the element sulfur in DBT is converted into watersoluble sulfate. The synthetical analysis of the metabolite shows the microbiological “4S” pathway in YZ - 1 cell. When with 0.5 and 1.0 mmol/L concentration of DBT is added into media as initial concentration for YZ - 1 to grow, 87.4 % and 64.7 % of DBT is degraded respectively in 73 hours. The growth cells of YZ- 1 reduce 26.68 % of sulfur concentration in diesel oil when volume ratio of oil and water is 1 : 6 in 120 hours. YZ - 1 can be applied in the research on deep desulfuration of high sulfur diesel.
