摘　　要：本文回顾了我国国际收支统计的发展历程及存在的不足,指出在目前人民币跨境交易规模日益增大的情况下将人民币跨境交易纳入我国国际收支统计的必要性和可行性,并提出修订和完善我国国际收支统计体系、建立人民币出入境的监测、预警和调节机制,以推动人民币区域化和国际化。This paper reviews the development and inadequacy of PRC＇s balance of payment statistics, and points to the necessity and possibility to incorporate cross-border RMB transactions into the balance of payment statistics, given its ever increasing scale. Finally, this paper suggests to revise and perfect China＇s balance of payment statistics, establishing a mechanism to supervise, predict and adjust cross-border RMB transactions, and promoting regionalization and intemalization of RMB.
