摘　　要：Experion PKS是Honeywell公司新推出的基于过程知识系统的新一代集散控制系统，以四川乐山和邦集团20万t／年联碱厂为例，讨论了该集散控制系统(DCS)的体系结构，尤其对该系统控制策略的设计原理及实现方法进行详细的分析；并通过在现场的实地调试及系统目前良好的运行状态，证明了所设计方法的正确性及可靠性。Experion PKS issued by Honeywell is a new distributed control system which is based on process knowledge system. This article discusses its structure based on the Soda factory of LeShan HeBang Group in SiChuan, which produces 0.2 million ton per year, particularly analyses the design principle and realization method of the control strategy. From the test on field and the good running state of the system up to now, it was proved the design method correct and reliable.
