摘 要:过去,人们常常采用传统仪器对系统进行测试,测试工作繁琐,而且技术更新困难;基于PC机的虚拟仪器能对测试过程进行编程,可以调整测试内容和测试算法,并且有远程和智能化测试等优点,而得到了迅速的发展;数据采集系统是虚拟仪器的重要组成部分,其性能影响仪器的整体性能;文章介绍了一种采用DSP+FPGA结构研制的应用于多通道雷达接收机测试系统的数据采集卡,并对该卡的硬件结构和实现过程进行了详细的阐述,在实际运行过程中整套系统运行效果良好。In the past, it is difficult for people to measure system with traditional measuring instrument, and equipment is updated slowly. There is much advantage to measure with Virtual Instrument (VI), which is based on Person Computer. With VI , it can be programmed to change algorithm of measurement. Data Acquisition Card is a very important part in VI. Data acquisition card is described based on DSP and FPGA structure, which is an important part in measurement system of multiple - channel radar receiver. Realization of the data acquisition card is introduced in details, and the whole system works well.
