摘　　要：介绍高精度传感器在LG—I型蒸渗计应用中的线性度,稳定性,漂移率参数的调试标定方法,并对实际应用中稳定性,漂移率参数测量的可靠性进行检验和讨论。The credibility on measuring accuracy of application of sensors and the linear parameters on testing calibration are introduced. It also provides theoretical evidences for reasonably choosing and adjusting high accuracy sensors and improving their testing stability and accuracy.
