摘 要:针对目前普遍应用的动态电子衡器大多不能满足高准确度称重要求的现状,独立设计了一种全新的基于浮力称量原理的全量程动态称重系统。该系统采用自行研制的浮力平衡器取代了电子衡器的核心器件称重测力敏感元件。浮力平衡器是基于液体的浮力原理将物料重量值的测量转换成具有线性关系的位移值测量的称重核心装置。与传统衡器相比,新系统克服了零漂和非线性等技术弊端,具有抗干扰能力强、稳定性高等特点。该系统样机已通过国家青岛衡器测试中心型式鉴定,称量准确度达到0.5级。这里详细论述了该系统的工作原理及硬件和软件的设计与开发。最后给出了该系统的动态称重试验结果及鉴定结论。Considering the commonly used strain gauge load cell can not mostly satisfy the requirements on performance for dynamic weighing of high degree of accuracy,a dynamic weighing system of whole quantity based on the principle of buoyancy is designed. This system utilizes for the first time the buoyancy principle of liquid to change the measurement of the weight value of materials into a buoyancy equalizer of measurement of the displacement value with a linear relation,and has taken the place of the key element of electronic weighing instrument technology,which uses sensitive element of strength. This system has passed the pattern evaluation by (National)Qingdao Weighing Instrument Test Center(QWITC). By comparing with the traditional weighing technology,no technical drawbacks such as a drift at zero and non-linear relations,etc, do exist. With a strong stability and ability of anti-interference ,it can reach a high degree of weighing accuracy of 0.5 grades. The operation principle of the system and the design of its hardware and software are detailed. The test result and expert's conclusion on this system are also given.
