摘 要:目的:建立穿心莲注射液的 HPLC/UV 特征(指纹)图谱。方法:采用 Shimadzu ODS 柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以0.1%甲酸乙腈-0.2%甲酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:254nm。结果:得到分离度、重复性均较好的穿心莲注射液 HPLC/UV 特征(指纹)图谱,标示了9个共有峰,并借助 HPLC/MS 技术对其主要色谱峰进行了初步归属。结论:穿心莲注射液特征(指纹)图谱的构建,为其质量控制提供了依据。Objective: To establish the characteristic (fingerprints) chromatograms of Chuanxinlian injection by HPLC/UV. Method:Separation was performed on Shimadzu -ODS column(4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm). Gradient elute was performed by the mobile phase consisting of 0. 1% formic acid - acetonitrile and 0. 2% formic acid - water with the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detecting wavelength was set at 254 nm. Result: Perfect characteristic (fingerprints) chromatograms were obtained which can be used for the evaluation of Chuanxinlian injection. Nine common peaks were confirmed in characteristic (fingerprints)chromatograms. Five compounds were elucidated as andrographolide, 19 - glucosyl - deoxyandrographolide, neoandrographolide, deoxyandro - grapholide and 14 - deoxy - 11,12 - didehydroandrographolide by HPLC/MS. Conclusion: The method can be applied to the quality control of Chuanxinlian injection.
