摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定心安宁片中葛根素的含量。方法:以乙腈-0.1%枸橼酸溶液-四氢呋喃(9:84:7)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),进行测定。结果:葛根素在12.6～126.2mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD 为1.5%(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便,分离效果好,结果准确可靠。Objective：To determine the content of puerarin in Xin＇ anning tablets by HPLC. Method：The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0. 1% citric acid solution - tetrahydrofuran （9： 84： 7）, the detection wavelength was 250 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-l. Results： The linear correlation was good in the range of 12.6 - 126. 2 μg · mL^-l, the average recovery was 100. 7% and RSD 1.5%. Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate.
