摘　　要：介绍一种基于虚拟仪器的数控机床监测与故障诊断软件系统,着重讨论软件系统的设计思路,对诊断软件系统的各功能模块以及系统数据库进行了介绍。软件系统是在实际监测过程基础上开发的,实现了信号采集、处理和分析,具有很好的可操作性。A condition monitor and fault diagnosis software system of NC device based on virtual instrument is introduced. The logic design structure of software is investigated emphatically. Also introduced the requirement function modules and system database. The software is developed on the ground of practice measurement process, implement signal acquisition, process and analysis and has good operation.
