射频治疗前列腺增生症600例疗效分析

摘　　要：应用Ｔｈｅｒｍｅｘ－Ⅱ型热疗仪对６００例良性前列腺增生（ＢＰＨ）患者进行治疗。作者认为这种方法对于轻度增生、无中叶肥大和神经系统疾患、残余尿低于２００ｍｌ的患者效果是肯定的，术后主观症状明显改善，残余尿减少。但此方法非根治性治疗，有不少患者于术后１～２年又恢复至术前状态，因此，术前应对患者进行适当选择。00 cases of BPH havebeen treated with thermex-Ⅱ type thermotherapeutic device inour hospital.We consider that such kind of treatment is indicated in cases of medium -sizedBPH without enlarged middle lobe or complicated with netirological disease. Residtial urineshouldn’t be over 200ml.The result of treatment is definite. The subjective symptoms wereobviously relieved and the volume of residual urine was also markedly diminished.We sug-gest that the selection of patients for thermotherapy should be hold strictly.
