摘  要:以动情周期正常的纯系SD雌性大鼠为对象进行大负荷游泳训练。当动情周期被抑制时,取双侧卵巢,用中性福尔马林固定,石蜡切片,HE染色。研究动情周期抑制后卵巢中卵泡的生长发育、排卵及黄体形成等变化。结果:动情周期抑制组大鼠卵巢中新鲜黄体占黄体总数的百分比明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而囊状卵泡占全体卵泡的百分比2组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,大负荷运动不影响卵泡的发育。但对卵泡的成熟与排卵则有较大影响。The inbred SD rats with normal estrogenic cycle were made to swim. When their estrogenic cycles were restrained, two ovaries were ectomized, fixed by formalin, imbedded with paraffin,and siained by HE. We studied the changes of growth of follicle and development of corpus luteum. The result showed whose estrogenic cycle were restrained,the percentage of newly formed corpus lutuem to the total number was lower than those with normal estrogenic cycles (P<0. 05),while the percentage of graffin follicles to total follicles was approximatedly the same(P>0. 05).It is indicated that swimming had no obvious effect on development of follicle. A decline of the numbers of corpus lutuem suggest that the function of ovulation was inhibited.
