摘 要:本实验采用放免法观察了低氧条件下失血性休克前、后和输液治疗后的14项内分泌激素改变。实验结果表明,低氧条件下复合急性失血性休克后血浆中ANP、β-EP、6kPGF1α、TXB_2、REN、A_Ⅱ,ALD、T_3、TSH、GH等多种激素水平明显增高,输入高渗盐水或高盐高胶液体后能使ANP、β-EP、TXB_2、REN、A_Ⅱ、ALD、T_3等增高的激素水平明显降低,同时使血浆6kPGF1α水平明显增高,也能使降低的CS和ACTH激素水平增高,这种变化化化以输高盐高胶液后显著,而输入生理盐水则无此作用。以上结果提示,高渗盐液输入后能改变低氧失血性休克后内分泌功能的反应性。In o rder to investigate further the effect of hyperto nic saline and mechanism ofresuscitation of hemorrhagic shock under hypoxia,the changes of fourteen endocrine hormoneswere observed by radioimmunoassay in rabbits with hemorrhagic shock under hypoxia. Thehormone level were measured before and after shock as well as before and after hypertonicsaline treatment.The results showed that plasma ANP (atrial natriuretic polypeptide),β-EP(β-endorphin),6-keto-PGF_(1α)(6-keto-prostaglandin F(1α)),TXB_2(thromboxane B2),REN(renin),AII(angiotensin Ⅱ),ALD(aldosterone),T_3(triiodothyronine),TSH(thyeoid stimulating hormone),GH(growth hormone) level after acute hemorrhagic shock under hypoxia were increased sighificantiy,but after infusion of hypertonic saline or hypertonic hypercolloid solution the plasma ANP,β-EP,TXB2, REN, AII, ALD, T_3 level were decreased significantly, but plasma 6-keto-PGF_(1α)was increasedsignificantly, and the plasma level of CS(cortisol) and ACTH(adrenocorticotropin hormone)which hadbeen reduced were also increase. The above changes were more significant after infusion of hypertonichypercolloid solution,but there was no obvious changes in normal saline infusion group, These resultssuggested that infusion of hypertoinc saline could change the asponse of endocrine function afterhemorrhagic shock under hypoxia.
