摘  要:本文研究绞股蓝总皂甙(gyponosides,GPs)对血流动力学及缺氧性肺血管收缩反应(HPV)的影响。14名男性志愿者口服GPs(180mg/d)20日后,基础血流动力学指标无显著变化,但HPV显著降低(ΔPVR%从53.1%降至14.1%,ΔPpa%从439%降至18.7%,P<0.05)。服药后血小板活化程度、血浆血管紧张素Ⅰ、Ⅱ含量都明显降低(P<0.05)。14只麻醉犬静脉注射GRs后,体、肺动脉压急剧下降,注药后30.45~60min缺氧时,HPV显著减弱,ΔPVR由给药前的40.4%分别降至0.6%、10.8%(P<0.05)。给药后血浆丙二醛含量显著降低,Gps还可减轻、甚至逆转人与犬缺氧时心输出量的减少。结果表明,Gps对人及大的HPV有抑制作用。The effects of gypenosides(GPs),a saponins extracted from Gynostemma Pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino, on systemic and pulmonary hemodynamics and hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstri-ction(HPV)were investigated in healthy men(oral dose of 180 mg GPs daily for 20 days)and in dogs(20mg/kg, iv.). There was no significant change in hemodynamica after 20-days administration of GPsin the subjects. However, HPV decreased markly from 53.14% to 14.10%, (P<0.05).A significant de-creas was also observed in platelete activation,plasma angiotension Ⅰand Ⅱ in the subjects.Aniv.injection of GPs significantiy lowered systemic and pulmonary arterial pressure, plasmamalondialdehyde content and heart rate. HPV was also reduced in dogs. Hypoxia-induced decrease of cardia output was inhibited,even reversed by GPs in men and dogs.These results showed thatGPs attenuate HPV and improve cardia function during hypoxia.
