摘　　要：文中报告了焦痂毒性提取物Ｄ１对大鼠肝线粒体内膜膜电位的影响。在线粒体悬液中加入Ｄ１后，内膜膜电位有明显下降，Ｄ１亦可使内膜通透性增加。由电子传递链产生的质子可能渗透逆流，以致造成质子供应不足，不能维持正常的膜电位，影响线粒体氧化磷酸化脱偶联。The effects of the toxic extract,D1 of burn eschars on the mitochondrial transmembrane potential were observed in rats. It was found that the addition of D1 to the mitochondrial suspension resulted in a continuous decrease of the transmembrane potential and an increase of the non-specific permeability of the inner membrane.Since the protons produced by the electron mediation chain can be reversely permeated the supply of protons is insuffiecient and the normal transmembrane potential can not be maintained and consequently the decoupling of oxidative phosphorylation occurs.
