摘  要:对攀枝花高炉渣氯化残渣的用途和影响其水化活性的原因进行了详细分析,指出碳化渣出炉时未进行急冷处理和在低温氯化时未能避免CaO的氯化是影响氯化残渣水化活性的两个主要原因,并提出了解决对策。解决氯化残渣的水化活性问题可使攀钢高炉渣高温碳化—低温氯化工艺具备环保可行性。The uses of residual slag obtained during chlorination process of Pangang BF slag and the factors that influence its hydration activity were analyzed in more detail. The carbonized slag was not quenched when it tapped from furnace ,and the chlorination of CaO was not avoided when it chlorinated at low temperature were two major reasons influencing hydration activity of residual slag produced during chlorinating process. Some countermeasures for solving this problem were put forward. After solving the problem of hydration activity of the residual slag, the“ high temperature carboniting and low temperature chlorinating processing”should be a feasible technology from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
