静脉注射小叶女贞提取物M_2~＊对67例慢性阻塞性肺疾患患者的止咳、平喘作用分析

摘　　要：采用中药小叶女贞中提取的有效成份Ｍ２静脉注射治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾患（ＣＯＰＤ）患者６７例，观察其止咳及平喘的作用，并测定其中３１名患者Ｍ２治疗前及治疗３０ｍｉｎ后的肺功能改变。结果发现静注Ｍ２后１０～２０ｍｉｎ内即出现快速的止咳和平喘作用，总有效率达９７％，其作用可维持４～１０ｈ；肺功能检测显示Ｍ２静注３０ｍｉｎ后患者肺活量（ＶＣ％）、用力呼气中段前速（ＦＥＦ２５％～７５％）显著改善。临床观察结果提示Ｍ２具有显著的止咳、平喘作用，肺功能指标则提示Ｍ２具有快速降低小气道阻力的作用。Intravenous injection of M2 was administered to 67 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).It was found that M2 was able to stop cough in 10 to 20 minutes. The total effective rate was 97%and the effect persisted for 4 to 10 hours. Pulmonary function were determined in 31 cases of COPD before and after the administration of M2 and it was found that VC%(Vital Capacity)and FEF 25%～75%(Forced expiration flow)were markedly improved 30 minutes after the administration of M2 which implies that M2 is able to reduce small airway resistance.
