摘　　要：通过对猴头菇样品处理方法的探究和13种元素的成分分析,为测定食用菌中元素含量提供了一种可行方法,并为研究猴头菇的营养价值和药用价值提供理论依据。Through the exploration of the processing method of hedgehog hydnum mushroom and the determination of thirteen elements,we provided a feasible method for studying the elements in domestic fungus. Moreover we provided a theoretical base for the nutritive and medicinal value of domestic fungus.
