摘 要:目的探讨Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CCSP)的测定在儿童支气管哮喘发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测22例哮喘患儿血清CCSP水平,其中8例患儿同时诱导痰检测同一指标。血清CCSP浓度与诱导痰CCSP浓度进行相关性分析,并设正常对照组进行比较。结果急性发作期、缓解期哮喘患儿CCSP水平均低于正常对照组(均为P<0.01);而血清CCSP值与诱导痰CCSP值呈直线正相关(r=0.7496,P<0.05)。结论CCSP下降可降低其抗炎活性,诱导或加重哮喘的气道炎症。Objective To explore the role of clara cell secretory protein (CCSP) in children asthma attack. Methods Serum CCSP level in 22 asthmatic children and induced sputum CCSP level in 8 patients from 22 children were measured by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay ( ELISA ). The correlation between serum and induced sputum CCSP concentrations was investigated. Results The serum CCSP level was lower in acute attack or stable asthmatic children than that in normal controls (P 〈 0.01 for each). Serum CCSP level was positively linearly correlated with induced sputum CCSP level ( r = 0.1496, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Decrease of CCSP may reduce antinflammatory activity and induce or worsen airway inflammation in asthmatic children.
