镁对去甲肾上腺素所致心肌肌膜酶、SOD活性和cAMP含量变化的影响

摘　　要：去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）５０μｇ·ｋｇ￣（－１）自兔耳静脉注入引起心肌ｃＡＭＰ浓度升高，肌膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性减低，预先ｉｖ硫酸镁可以有效地阻抗ＮＥ引起的这些心肌生化改变，表明镁对ＮＥ体内水平过高时引起的心肌膜酶损害具有一定的保护作用。In the present study the antagonism of magnesium(Mg)on the alterations of sarcommal enzyme activities and myocadium cAMP content induced by norepinephrine 50μg·kg-1 infused through ear vein during 5 min in rabbits were studied. Infusing of MGSO4 200mg· kg-1in ear vein before NE infusion may prevent cAMP level raise in myocardium,also Ca+2- ATPaseand superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities decrease in sarcolemm. These result indicated that Mg2+mintht be ablc to prevent increase of the cAMP level and decrease of the sarconunal enzymeactivitieS in myocardium caused by high level of NE in circulation.
