摘  要:针对CO2气体保护焊飞溅大,成形差的缺点,本课题利用外加纵向磁场控制CO2焊短路过渡。通过实验得出:在外加纵向磁场作用下,熔深减小,熔宽增加,堆高略有增加,焊缝大致成“宽而浅”的形状,明显改变了CO2焊短路过渡的焊缝成形。在纵向磁场作用下,电弧中的带电粒子作螺旋运动,使得电弧旋转并扩张,电弧呈一空心“钟罩”型,电弧能量呈“双峰”状分布,导致熔宽增加,使得熔深变小,堆高略有增加。Aimed at the problem of large splatter and bad forming in CO2 arc welding, the study group carried out the rudiments aflemptting to control the short-circuit transfer welded jiont forming of CO2 gas-shield welding with wngifudinal magnetic field. Obtained by the experiment : Under die longitudinal magnetic fieM function, die welded joint shape has the obvious change, the depth of fusion reduces, width increases, pile increases slightly, die welded joint becomes “ wide but shallow” the shape approximately. Under the longitudinal magnetic field function, charged particle in the electric arc makes the helical motion and causes the electric arc to revolve and expand,the electric arc energy assumes “the split- blip” shape distribution and causes the melt width to increase, piles height has the increase slightly, causing the depth of fusion to change slightly.
