摘 要:采用盆栽土培法,研究了31个甘蓝品种对镉(Cd)的耐性及对镉吸收和积累的差异.结果表明,在100mg·kg-1 Cd处理下,不同基因型甘蓝的耐性及吸收、积累镉能力具有显著差异.Cd对甘蓝地上部干重抑制率为-15.4%~91.3%,镉对地上部的抑制作用大于根系.甘蓝根系Cd含量为617~1789 mg·kg-1,地上部Cd含量为47~183 mg·kg-1,根系Cd含量显著高于地上部.每盆根系Cd积累量为16~134μg,地上部为17~242μg.根系Cd含量与地上部干重的抑制率呈显著的正相关.Pot experiment was conducted to investigate the difference in tolerance and uptake of cadmium ( Cd ) by cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L. ) of 31 euhivars. The results showed that these cabbage euhivars had significant difference in tolerance, absorption and accumulation of Cd when plants growed in the soil contaminated 100 mg ·kg^-1 Cd. Among the cabbage eultivars, the inhibition percentage of shoot dry weight varied from - 15.4% to 91.3%, the inhibition percentage of shoot exceeded that of root. The Cd content in root varied from 617 mg ·kg^-1 to 1 789 mg ·kg^-1 , while the Cd content in shoot was in a range of 47 mg ·kg^-1 to 183 mg ·kg^-1, root exceeded shoot. The Cd accumulation in root varied from 16 to 134μg per pot, while the Cd accumulation in shoot varied from 17 to242μg per pot. The Cd content of root positively correlated significantly with the inhibition percentage of shoot dry weight.
