摘 要:用平均增重和病变记分或卵囊减少率等为试验指标,对11株巨型艾美耳球虫的免疫原性进行了分析.结果显示,各虫株每鸡免疫感染100个卵囊后,不仅对攻击1×105个同源株卵囊均产生大于70%的病变记分降低率,而且使每鸡攻击1×104个同源株卵囊时的卵囊产量均减少97.42%以上,在各虫株间无显著差异.各虫株对异源株的交叉免疫力程度不一致,美国株对国内10个虫株的卵囊减少率为20.09%~82.44%,仅3株大于75%,而国内10个虫株对美国株的卵囊减少率为27.43%~95.26%,有5株大于75%;扬州株、南通株、凤阳株、龙岩株、广州株和上海株间的相互卵囊减少率为-1.72%~96.67%,其中南通株对扬州株、凤阳株、龙岩株、广州株和上海株的卵囊减少率均大于75%,上海株对扬州株、南通株、凤阳株与广州株的卵囊减少率为-1.72%~57.69%.Eleven geographical strains of Eimeria maxima were tested for their ability to induce protection against homologous and heterologous strains, assessed by weight gain, lesion score and reduction in oocyst production. With each strain, a single dose of 100 oocysts was sufficient not only to give strong immunity to a heavy challenge ( 100 000 oocysts), but also to limit the oocyst production to a very low levels when challenged at a relatively light dose ( 10 000 oocysts). Eleven strains of E. maxima were highly immunogenic and no differences existed in immunity to themselves among eleven strains. A single infection with American strain afforded 20.09% - 82.44% protection against challenges with ten Chinese strains, and the reductions of oocyst output were over 75% against three strains. A single infection with Chinese strain afforded 27.43%- 95.26% protection against challenges with American strain, and 75% or more reductions of oocyst output was produced by five strains, respectively. The cross-protection among Yang- zhou (YZ), Nantong (NT), Fengyang (FY), Longyan (LY), Guangzhou (GZ) and Shanghai (SH) strain was - 1.72%- 96. 67%, and 75% or more cross-protection was produced by NT against YZ, FY, LY, GZ and SH strain. The cross-protection of SH against YZ, NT, FY and GZ strain was - 1.72% to 57.69%.
