摘　　要：采取实证分析研究方法,考察郑州城市历史发展演变过程,总结不同发展阶段特点,探寻影响城市发展的基本因素及规律,为制定城市发展策略提供依据,认为交通枢纽、省会地位、工业项目建设布局和国家宏观政策与环境,是影响郑州城市建设与发展的4个重要动力因素,并将长期发挥作用。The positivism will be used as the research method to investigate the historic process of the urban development in Zhengzhou in order to summarize the different feature of various phases and explore the fundamental factors and discipline which can directly affect the urban development. Therefore, this paper will provide basis for making the urban development strategy of Zhengzhou. Furthermore, the traffic junction, the status of the capital city of Henan province, the layout of industrial projects and the atmosphere of national macroscopical regulation are the four crucial and long-term driving factors which will greatly influeuce the process of Zhengzhou＇s construction and urban development.
