摘　　要：对森林资源管理系统加以理论上的抽象和概括,以国家林业局新技术规定为依据,研建了以代码库为基础的森林资源数据管理及报表生成系统。该系统具有代码可维护、资源统计报表的分类汇总条件可选择、报表统计的约束条件可修改、报表格式可变化的特点。并着重论述了其系统实现的技术方法。The forest resources management system was expounded in theory with abstract and general sentences. According to the new technical criterion issued by the State Forestry Administration, a creation system for data management and statistics of forest resources was established based on the code database. The system has the characteristics of database code maintenance, the classification condition choice of forest resources statistics, the nxMification of stipulation condition for statistics forms as well as the revisable statistics formats. The technical method for the realization of the system was also dissertated emphatically.
