摘　　要：针对以往铁矿选矿过程中成本控制与过程控制相脱节的情况,将经济指标转换为技术指标和工艺参数来指导生产。将先进控制技术、信息技术与成本管理技术相结合,提出了通过两层结构,即通过生产过程成本控制系统和过程优化控制系统来实现选矿生产过程动态成本控制。着重分析了成本控制结构和成本优化控制模型技术,该系统在酒钢选矿厂进行了应用,取得了良好的成效。To integrate cost control and process control in production process of ore-dressing, economy target is converted to technique indices. Based on the combination of control technology, information technology and cost management technology, the structure of dynamic cost control in ore-dressing production process is proposed. This structure has two layers： the cost control system of procedure process and the process optimal control model. The cost control structure and the cost optimization control technology are discussed in detail. The software system is applied to cost control of ore-dressing plant of Jiugang Group, and the good results are obtained.
