摘　　要：根据厚板生产特点,通过建立适用于厚板生产管理特点的计划管理框架,合理有效地解决了厚板L4及厚板L3的作业计划管理功能分担;通过引入命令现品及目的现品文件,巧妙地实现了厚板复杂的物料跟踪;通过采用“大工序套小工序”及欠件管理模式,建立厚板合同跟踪模型;成功地构建了厚板L4系统中的生产管理系统,实现了宽厚板生产管理信息共享,日常生产管理工作的计算机化。厚板L4生产管理系统投运后,达到了厚板生产质量可控、物流畅通、管理有序的目的。According to the characteristic of producing heavy plates, the shares between the schedule management function of heavy plate mill L4 and L3 is discussed reasonably and effectively through the establishment for the planning management frame that is suitable for the characteristic of producing and managing heavy plates. The complex material track of heavy plates by introducing instructed material and destination material documents. The order following model of heavy plates is established using the method of “a big production procedure covering a small production procedure” and pattern of managing the number of heavy plates. The product management system of heavy plate mill L4 is constructed. The application results show that production quality of heavy plates is controllable, the things flow smoothly and the management is ordinal.
