摘　　要：介绍了冶金企业能源管理系统的架构与功能,探讨了建设能源管理系统的技术路线,并对能源管理系统的技术发展做了叙述。针对冶金工业能源消耗的居高不下和环境质量的不如人意的问题,采用信息技术作为平台,综合新技术、新工艺、配套技术和管理措施,减少能源消耗,形成安全、稳定、经济和高效的能源供给系统,这对于降低钢铁生产成本,改善环境质量,提高产品的市场竞争力具有极为重要的意义。The basic function of energy management system of metallurgical enterprises is introduced. The key techniques are described and the trend of application is also discussed. To the high energy consumption and unsatisfactory environment quality in the metallurgic industry, new technology, new techniques, auxiliary technology and management measures are used to lower energy consumption, to lower the cost of production, to improve environment quality and to upgrade products market competitiveness.
