摘　　要：系统能自动把各种原料按比例精确混合在一起,大大降低了陶瓷因配料不精确带来的废品率,提高了产品的合格率;通过采用电子秤对各种配料进行自动精确测量,根据不同陶瓷配方,选择不同电子称,从而达到生产不同的陶瓷产品,通过此方法不但降低了陶瓷配色所需的原料,而且提高了陶瓷的花色品种的质量,使厂家在市场竞争中处于有利位置。This paper presents the procedure of ceramics producing,in which adopting the automatic mulling -ingredients control system designed with the electronic scale, can mix various kinds of raw materials together automatically at an accurate proportion, reducing the waste ceramic product rate for the non- accurate material mixing,and improving the qualified rate of product greatly. Because of the high control accuracy,not only the quality of the ceramic designs and varieties has improved ,but also the necessary raw materials in pottery match colors reduced, making the producer in favorable position among the market competition.
