摘　　要：在线实时分布式网络化测控是测控领域发展的重要方向。基于DCOM组件技术的分布式测控软件体系结构便是较好的分布式网络化测控系统的解决方案之一。本文建设性的提出基于分布式组件技术构件多层网络化坐标机控制系统,利用分布式(DCOM)技术的方法实现了坐标机的远程控制和网络共享。并举出了在实际应用当中成功的案例。Real-time and on-line distributed networked control system is an important development direction in measuring and testing field.The distributed measuring and controlling software architecture based-on DCOM （Distributed Component Object Model） is a very good resolution for distributed networked control system.The paper constructively provided the technology of networked control for CMM based on DCOM and realized the remote control and net share of CMM using the technology of DCOM. Finally, it gave a successful example in practical application.
