小方坯粘结漏钢的原因分析

摘　　要：为查明小方坯粘结漏钢的原因,对漏钢残留坯壳进行了检验分析。研究发现坯壳外表面振痕紊乱、板坯厚度从上向下逐渐变薄。通过制定相应措施取得了很好的生产效果。In order to ascertain the reason of molten steel leakage in continuous casting billet at Anyang Steel, examinations of residual billet shell were conducted. The research found that the shell surface had disordered vibration mark and the thickness of billet became thinner from top to bottom. Since corresponding measures had been taken, good production results were gained.
