摘 要:将焊接过程参数质量评价和控制结合起来,提出一种通用型实时评价控制系统结构,并阐述了其原理和传递因子间的相互影响.在短路过渡GMAW焊中以正常短路频率和瞬时短路频率为评价指标,设计并实现了一套焊接过程参数质量实时评价控制系统.通过改变瞬时短路频率评价的作用位置,有效地解决了双频率评价间的冲突,提高了系统的稳定性和焊接过程参数的质量.Realizing an integrated real-time evaluation and control system by uniting the evaluation with the control of parameters' quality is of great significance. Based on it, a general structure of the real-time evaluation and control system was proposed. The principle and the influence of factors' transformation were stated. Based on the normal and the transient short circuit frequency in the GMAW welding process of droplet transferring, the real-time evaluation and control system of parameters in the welding process was designed and implemented. The conflict of the dual-frequency evaluation was solved by changing the influence position of the transient short circuit frequency evaluation. The system stability and the parameters' quality of welding process were improved.
