“龙牡壮骨咀嚼片”对“阳虚”症大鼠骨代谢的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨“龙牡壮骨咀嚼片”对骨质疏松的防治作用。方法:Wistar大鼠48只,氢化可的松im 20 d建立“阳虚”症骨质疏松模型。以该制剂为代表药,以0．9％氯化钠溶液为空白对照。模型大鼠随机分成“龙牡壮骨咀嚼片”高、低剂量组、“龙牡壮骨颗粒”组及模型对照组,给药60 d,观察对骨代谢的影响。结果:“龙牡壮骨咀嚼片”能显著增加“阳虚”模型大鼠的体重和血磷水平(P<0．05-0．01),能显著提高骨质密度、骨干重、灰重及骨钙含量。且“龙牡壮骨咀嚼片”高剂量组的骨干重、灰重比“龙牡壮骨颗粒”组显著升高(P<0．05)。结论:龙牡壮骨咀嚼片能显著增加经氢化可的松诱导造成骨质疏松模型大鼠的体重及骨质密度和血磷水平(P<0．05-0．01),提示“龙牡壮骨咀嚼片”确有促进钙、磷吸收,增加大鼠骨盐含量及骨质密度的作用。Objective： The effect of Longmuzhuanggu chewing tabelet on preventing and treating the osteoporosis was discussed. Method ： The ＂Yangxu＂ model of osteoporosis with injecting hydrocortisone for 20 days was established. The model mice were divided randomly into 4 groups： high and low doses of Longmuzhuanggu chewing tabelet group, Longmuzhuanggu granule group and distilled water group as control. The influences of bone metabolism were observed after giving drugs for 60 days. Result： Longmuzhuanggu Chewing Tabelet could increase the body weight and blood phosphate level obviously（ P 〈0.05 - 0.01 ）, and could increase the bone density, bone ash and dry weight, bone calcium contant. The bone dry weight and bone ash weight of high doses Longmuzhuanggu chewing tabelets were obviously higher than Longmuzhuanggu granule group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion： Longmuzhuanggu chewing tabelets can promote the absorbtion of calcium and phosphate exactly and increase the calcium content of bone and bone density of mice.
