摘　　要：目的:介绍阴立爽洗剂的制备、质量控制及临床应用。方法:制备阴立爽洗剂、采用紫外分光光度法测定含量,观察临床疗效。结果:小檗碱在5．26-73．92μ·L-1范围内,吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0．999 3),平均回收率为 99．3％,RSD为1．5％(n=5),临床总有效率为86．47％。结论:该制剂处方合理,含量测定方法简便,疗效确切。Objective： To introduce the preparation, quality control and clinical effect of Yin Li Shuang Lotions. Method： Produce the Yin Li Shuang Lotions, control its quality by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometer and clinical effect was observed. Result： The calibration curve is linear within the range of 5.26 - 73.92 μg·L^-1 the recovery incidence was 99.3%, and the RSD was 1.5%, the cure rate was 86.47%. Conclusion： The method of preparation was reasonable, the content determination was simple, and the clinical effect was stable, the clinical significance of this therapeusis scheme was suggested.
