消痔软膏治疗早期内痔738例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价消痔软膏治疗早期内痔的疗效。方法对738例早期内痔局部使用消痔软膏,2次／d,每次1／2～1支,连用7d,分别观察病例出血、坠胀感、脱出、肛门潮湿和瘙痒等常见症状。与复方角菜酸酯栓(太宁栓)治疗作对照．观察二组症状变化,并评估其疗效。结果二组症状改善及疗效比较差异有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组,无全身不良反应。结论消痔软膏具有止血快、消肿快等优点,是治疗早期内痔疗效较好的局部用药。Objective To evaluate the effect of Xiaozhi Ointment on the treatment of early stage internal hemorrhoids. Methods 738 cases with early stage internal hemorrhoids were treated with Xiaozhi Ointment, bid, half or one piece for once, lasted for 7 days, The common symptoms such as bleeding, tenesmus, emerge, aquosity and itch were investigated. Its curative effect was evaluated by comparing the effect with that of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories （Titanoreine） as control. Results It showed that the effect of treatment group outwent that of the control group, there was significant difference between them, and there was none adverse effect observed in the treatment group. Conclusion It is proved that Xiaozhi Ointment has excellent effect on rapid hemostasia and detumescence, and it is an effective drug for early stage internal hemorrhoids.
